40th Celebration

On 31 May 2026, Neighbourhood Watch Whitehorse Inc. marked 40 years of continuous service in Whitehorse with a memorable anniversary event at Box Hill Town Hall.

Led by our MC (President of the Whitehorse Business Group), the afternoon brought together community leaders, local businesses, Victoria Police, and the City of Whitehorse to reflect on the evolution of community safety.

​

While we took time to honour the incredible legacy of our long-serving volunteers—including outstanding 30 and 40-year milestone achievers—this event was also about looking forward.

​

Building a safe environment for both residents and local businesses requires collaboration. The strong foundation built over the last four decades is paving the way for new volunteers to step forward, bring fresh skills, and utilise new technologies to prevent crime.
