Residential Burglary

 

• Foundation Blvd, Burwood East – Between 11th and 12th November 2023. Unknown offender/s have gained entry to the basement level carpark of an apartment complex and stolen the victim’s vehicle.

• Watts St Box Hill – 13th November 2023. Two male offenders attended at the address and have broken into the residence. The offenders stole the victim’s keys and used them to steal the victim’s vehicle.

• 20-80 Springfield Rd, Blackburn– 12th November 2023. Unknown offender/s have cut the padlock to a residence. The offenders have stolen various building materials.

• Ormond Ave, Mitcham – 13th November 2023. The offenders forced open the front door and rummaged through residence. Victim returned home and disturbed the offenders who ran away. Victim sighted three males and the vehicle used by these offenders.

 • Poplar St, Box Hill – Between 12th and 13th November 2023. Unknown offender/s gained to an apartment building. The offenders have stolen a cardboard box containing vehicle keys. One of the offenders, has accessed a vehicle at the site and stolen a wallet.

 • Arcady Gr, Vermont – Between 12th and 13th November 2023. Unknown offender/s have gained entry to a vehicle at the property and stolen a garage key. The offenders have used the garage key to enter the garage and steal various items.

 • Prospect St, Box Hill – Between 11th and 13th November 2023. Unknown offenders have broken into a storage cage located in the basement carpark by cutting it open. Various items stolen.

 

Theft from Motor Vehicle (TFMV)

 

• Costello St, Mont Albert North – Between 11th and 12th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Vehicle has been rummaged through and mobile phone stolen.

• Meldan St, Burwood – Between 9th and 10th November 2023. Rear number plate stolen from vehicle.

• 990-1050 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill – 11th November 2023. Front number plate stolen from vehicle.

• Asquith St, Box Hill South – Between 9th and 10th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into vehicle. Vehicle rummaged through and money stolen.

• Mitcham Rd, Mitcham – Between 9th and 10th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into Vehicle. Vehicle rummaged through. Sunglasses and cigarettes stolen.

• Vernal Ave, Mitcham – Between 10th and 11th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into jeep. Vehicle service book, sunglasses and keys stolen.

• Beaver St, Box Hill South – Between 9th and 10th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into vehicle. Vehicle rummaged through and Sunglasses stolen.

• Dorking Rd, Box Hill North – Between 9th and 10th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into vehicle. Computer equipment and wallet stolen.

• Vernal Ave Mitcham – 13th November 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Dunloe Ave, Mont Albert North – Between 12th and 13th November 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Clydesdale St, Box Hill – Between 12th and 14th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into vehicle. Wallet containing personal cards stolen.

• Rotherwood Ave, Mitcham – 15th November 2023. Front number plate stolen from vehicle.

• Cairo Rd, Mont Albert North – Between 13th and 15th November 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Jackson St, Forest Hill – 15th November 2023. Unknown offender/s have broken into a tradespersons vehicle and stolen various tools and electronic items.

• Salvana Ave, Mitcham – Between 14th and 15th November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into vehicle. Vehicle has been rummaged through, with various items stolen.

• Gracehill Ave, Burwood – 15th November 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.
