Annual General Meeting 2022

The Neighbourhood Watch Whitehorse 2022 Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday 9th November 2022 and due to a lack of quorum, the meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday 23rd November 2022 at 7.30pm as a Zoom meeting. The meeting will be recorded for archival and reference purposes only.

All volunteers are invited to attend the meeting and your RSVP by Monday 21st November 2022 is essential (so we can ensure we have the necessary Zoom capacity). Please email us (click here) to confirm your intention to attend via Zoom.

NHW Whitehorse Needs Your Help
​​The current Executive Committee have done a fabulous job in difficult times, but there is always a continued need to have other members to step up. If you would like to nominate for any position, please advise us via email (click here) no later than 5pm Wednesday 2nd November 2022.

All of the following positions are declared vacant and we seek nominations:

Publicity Officer

Additionally, we seek coordinators for the following activities:
-
Safe Plate Days - 2 or 3 days run each year on a Saturday in association with Victoria Police and Bunnings Vermont South and Box Hill

Annual Community Meeting - a once-a-year gathering of the community to hear from experts in the field of community safety and our local Police (unfortunately not possible since 2019)

Mid-Week Activities - working in coordination with our Crime Prevention Officer to organise volunteers and deliver flyers to hot-spots in Whitehorse

Whitehorse Spring Festival Coordinator(s) - a small team is required to ensure our presentation is organised, plentiful, volunteers sourced and all on site as per Whitehorse Festival requirements
