Aggravated Burglary

• 275-310 Blackburn Rd, Burwood East – 30th October 2023. An offender has arrived in a vehicle and jumped the front fence into the property and approached a rear sliding door. The offender saw an occupant in the premises and decamped.

• Alicia Ct, Vermont South – 30th October 2023. Offender/s have gained entry to the premises and stolen various items.

Theft from Motor Vehicle (TFMV)

 • Surrey St, Box Hill South – Between 27th and 29th October 2023. Offender/s have stolen a ride share vehicle. Victim noticed vehicle gone and tracked the vehicle to Box Hill. Vehicle recovered by victim. Unknown stolen.

 • Davor Ct, Burwood East – 30th October 2023. Rear number plate stolen from vehicle.

• Denis St, Mitcham – 30th October 2023. Front number plate stolen from vehicle.

• Barcelona St, Box Hill – Between 29th and 30th October 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Alexander St, Box Hill – 30th October 2023. Driver’s window of vehicle smashed. Various items stolen.

• Highfield Ave, Blackburn South – Between 26th and 27th October 2023. Front number plate stolen from vehicle.

Aggravated Burglary

• Arthur St, Surrey Hills– 1st November 2023. Unknown offender/s have gained entry to the garage and an unlocked vehicle. The offender/s have rummaged through and stolen two pairs of sunglasses.

• Trainor St, Box Hill North – 30th October 2023. The offender entered the premises through an unlocked sliding back door and stolen a wallet containing bank cards. Stolen cards were then used by the offender at multiple locations  

Residential Burglary

• Currajong St, Vermont South – 31st October 2023. Front door forced open by possible screwdriver Residence and garage searched by the offender/s. Various items stolen.

 • Beaver St, Box Hill South – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Various items stolen.

• Grey St, Vermont – 31st October 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Bindy St, Blackburn South – Between 29th and 31st October 2023. Rear number plate stolen from vehicle.

• Flora Gr, Forest Hill – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Hamel St, Box Hill South – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Male offender seen on CCTV gaining access to unlocked car and stealing various items.

• Cherryhinton St, Box Hill – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. E-tag stolen.

• View St, Mont Albert – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Offenders entered vehicle through an open back window. Vehicle rummaged through and various items stolen.

• Violet Ct, Blackburn South – Between 30th and 31st October 2023. Rear number plate stolen from vehicle.

Residential Burglary

• Pendle St, Box Hill – 1st November 2023. As victim was returning home, they witnessed a male offender running out the front door. Unknown method of entry. Various items stolen.

• 500-600 Station St, Box Hill – 1st November 2023. Front door was tampered with, and door lock was damaged. Nil entry into residence.

• Goodwood St, Surrey Hills – 1st November 2023. Three male offenders attempted to force entry through front door but was unsuccessful. Nil stolen.

• Salisbury Ave, Mont Albert – 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Keys and remote control stolen.

• Foch St, Box Hill South – Between 30th October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Nil items reported stolen.

• Flora Gr, Forest Hill – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Number plates stolen from vehicle.

• Glengarry Ave, Burwood – Between 25th October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Front number plate stolen from vehicle.

• James St, Box Hill – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Wallet stolen.

• Puerta St, Burwood – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Sunglasses and camera stolen.

• Agnes St, Mont Albert – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle. Tools stolen.

Residential Burglary

• Moore Rd, Vermont – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into residence with offender/s entering through rear doors. Drawers rummaged through. Various items stolen.

• 315-350 Canterbury Rd, Forest Hill – 2nd November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry into residence. The offender was observed jumping a fence into the property and was arrested by Police at the scene. The offender was found in possession of various items belonging to multiple victims.

• Hannaslea St, Box Hill – 2nd November 2023. The offender forced entry through back sliding door and once inside was confronted by the victim. The offender decamped immediately. Nil items stolen at time of report.

• Killara St, Box Hill North – 29th October 2023. Offender/s have unsuccessfully attempted to gain access to the vehicle. Nil stolen.

• 545 - 575 Whitehorse Rd, Mitcham – Between 31st October 2023 and 1st November 2023. External toolboxes located on a tradesperson utility vehicle were broken into. Tools stolen.

• Victoria Ave, Mitcham – 3rd November 2023. Offender attempted to gain entry to vehicle before victim scared offender off by banging on the window. Nil stolen.

• Balmoral Cres, Surrey Hills – 1st November 2023. Nil sign of forced entry to vehicle by two male offenders. Nil stolen.
